4.2 Input Data

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services ("Input"). By submitting Input, you grant us a limited license to process such Input solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Subject to these Terms, you own the content generated by our AI Services based on your Input ("Output"), to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The NexThink AI name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of NexThink AI, Inc.
